HOW TO MEASURE:

Shoulders:

Measure from shoulder tip to shoulder tip, place the tape horizontally across the back.

Chest:

Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure tape is flat across the back.

Waist:

Measure around waist at the smallest part, just above the navel.

Hips:

Measure around hips at the fullest part of the buttocks.

Thighs:

Measure around your thigh, approximately one inch below the crotch.
