About Fargo SCHEELS

In 1930, SCHEELS opened its first store in downtown Fargo, North Dakota, after Fred M. Scheel purchased Swanson Hardware. Over the years, SCHEELS expanded to multiple locations throughout Fargo and Moorhead, Minnesota. On July 1, 2006, Fargo SCHEELS opened a new 196,000-square-foot shopping destination on 45th Street, offering an unmatched selection of sporting goods, sportswear, footwear, and entertainment for the entire family.
