LEM #20/22 plates is made perfectly for your first grind. Coarse Chili and Stew Meats. Each plate is 3-1/4" in diameter and has 12MM (1/2") plate holes. The Plates are constructed to the highest standards of LEM. Plates are designed hubless so they can be used on both sides. When changing your knife, change your plate for optimal performance.
