LEM Coarest grind. The 12MM plate is made for a first grind, Coarse Chili and Stew Meats. Each plate is 3-7/8" in diameter, and 12MM (1/2") plate holes. Grinder Plates are constructed to the highest standard of LEM. Plates are designed hubless, so they can be used on either side. When changing your knife, change your plate for optimal performance.
