The removable 6 quart nonstick slow cooking vessel holds a 6 lb. chicken or a 4 lb. roast. The smoker lets you smoke food 3 ways. Hot smoke is perfect for smaller cuts of meat, poultry and fish. Cold smoke adds smoky flavor (without cooking) to foods like cheese, nuts, hard-boiled eggs and salt. Combo mode is ideal for large cuts of pork and beef.
