Constructed of aluminum, steel and cast iron components. Features include a steel 4-legged base with adjustable pot stabilizers. The 38,000 BTU cast iron burner provides power for quick oil heat up and recovery time. The adjustable regulator with auto shut off timer helps ensure proper temperature control and safety.
