The LEM Edible Collagen Sausage Casings will take the place of using natural hog or sheep casings. These LEM collagen sausage casings are made from beef protein and have no added sodium. With the LEM collagen sausage casings, you don't need to do any prep work—just place them on your stuffing tube and begin. For easy and uniformly sized sausages, use the LEM Edible Collagen Sausage Casings.



Approximate stuffed weight per package:
  • 32mm: 21 lbs. (brat or Italian links)
  • 21mm: 20 lbs. (breakfast sausage)
  • 24mm: 13 lbs.
  • 19mm: 16 lbs. (snack size stick)—need a 0.5" O.D. tube or smaller
