The CCM Tacks AS-590 Skates deliver elite performance, fit and customization at an incredible value. The 590 is also the first model in this Tacks Line to offer the Choose Your Step Steel feature that allows players to choose from the incredibly popular Step BlackSteel V-Steel and Standard Step runners.To help the north-to-south power skater explode up the ice, CCM used RocketFrame Composite and Carbon in their one-piece boot. Material-wise, the 590 boasts elite stiffness with minimal weight, while the one-piece boot elevates performance as a whole. Compared to two-piece boots, these wrap around the foot better, weigh less and transfer more energy through every stride.
Internally, the Tacks AS-590 showcases extra-plush memory foam ankle pads that feel broken in right after the heat molding process. These are covered by an upgraded Total-Dri Pro liner that is quite comfortable while the new Polygiene additive fights odor-causing bacteria.
For your convenience, these skates have been sharpened prior to shipping out so you are ready to hit the ice.
