The Callaway Jaws MD5 22 wedges are designed for all golfers who want the most greenside spin from an aggressive groove design. They provide maximum spin and control with a unique groove design and grind options to fit every swing type. Callaway's Jaws groove design are sharper than ever with a 37° wall angle to maximum spin from all types of lies. The MD5 wedges also feature their signature Groove-in-Groove Technology, using milled micro-positive grooves on the flat parts of the face between the grooves to added surface roughness. Two sole grinds, the S-Grind fits most golfers who have medium to shallow angles of attack and play on medium to firm turf conditions. The W-Grind is wider to better fit golfers with steeper angles of attack or those who play on firmer turf. The 50°-52° wedges are slightly smaller to create a natural shape progression from the short irons to the more traditional shaped wedges at 54° and up.

Grinds:

• S-Grind: Medium-width sole with slight camber at the back and moderate heel relief to keep the leading edge low through impact, promoting solid contact on open-faced shots. (10° Bounce)
• W-Grind: Sole is wider at the center and toe, and narrower at the heel, with moderate heel relief and generous front-to-back camber. That prevents digging without increasing bounce, and keeps the leading edge close to the turf at impact. Great for open-faced shots and more versatile than the previous W-Grind. (12° Bounce)
