LEM #8 plates are great for a Second Grind, Coarse Hamburger and Regular Sausage like breakfast, Polish or German. Each plate is created with 2-3/8" diameter and 4.5mm (3/16") plate holes. #8 plates are constructed out of stainless steel for hardness and quality. Plates are created hubless so they can be used on either side. When changing your knife, changing your plate will increase optimal performance.
